The raw material aluminum ingot (A356) is processed through smelting equipment. The qualified molten aluminum must be sampled and molded before being inspected for composition in the spectrometer (Spectrum Apparatus). Only if the composition meets the standards can it proceed to the next process.
Using the low-pressure casting method, aluminum is poured from below while the mold is positioned above. The aluminum is forced upward through the mold cavity under pressure to achieve the desired shape.
X-ray Inspection (Non-Destructive Testing): Checking for shrinkage, air bubbles, slag, and other defects in the casting. Polishing tests are conducted after casting.
Through processes such as solid solution, quenching, and aging, the internal crystalline structure of the casting is improved. The aim is to enhance the mechanical properties of the wheel, including its tensile strength, elongation, and hardness.
The casting blank is machined using CNC machine tools, including machining of the rim, mounting surface, and center hole; machining of bolt holes, valve holes, and decorative holes.
The wheel surface is polished, cleaned, dried, powder coated, primed, and painted.

Our wheels are from world first-class manufacturing and detecting equipment, including continous-type heat treatment, automatic spraying lines, spectrum analyzers, X-ray, achined, three-coordinate measuring machines, rotating-bending machines, radical rolling fatigue testing machines, impact testing machines, salt fog testing machined and universal materials testers.
With certification on Germany TUV, Japan VIA and the automobile industry technical specification TS16949 quality system, they together provides a solid guarantee for product quality.
Q1: How to ensure the quality of the wheels?
A: For each wheel, we conduct tests before packaging, and our products pass ISO, TUV, TSE, and JWL tests.
Q2: How long does it take from placing the order to receiving the goods?
A: If there is stock available, we will ship your order within 3 days. For larger quantities, the production time is approximately 20 days. If you opt for air freight for smaller quantities, the transit time is about 7 days. For larger quantities shipped by sea, the transit time is around 30 days.
Q3:If I want to get a quotation, what information should I provide?

Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
